Voltzon’s Corporate Philosophy

Voltzon Ltd is a privately held company that, based on the integrity and loyalty of its people, wishes to grow continuously for the benefit of its shareholders, its employees and for the well being of the society in which we live and work. Voltzon is a 100% Tanzanian limited, established in June 2008 under the “new companies act” of 2006.

Growth through performance

We optimise our business and keep an eye open for opportunities. We work as a team for better results. We keep hierarchy and bureaucracy to a minimum. The shareholders want to grow the business in accordance with the possibilities within their field of interest and the way the employees can sustain the quality levels as agreed within the company. Shareholders also accept that starting new businesses might involve a.o. financial risks.
In looking for new, possible niche markets, we will establish ourselves as a leading company in each market we are active in. Success comes through our people. Investing in people means trusting them, giving them responsibilities, train them in their specific tasks, coach them where appropriate. All of this should as be rewarding to them as well as to the company.

We help our customers using renewable energy solutions through which they significantly reduce the impact on the, often fragile, ecosystems they operate in and the environment in general.
In our work we aim to leave the minimum possible footprint with regards to installation procedures, waste management and respect to the environment.
